Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Online Courses
From Project Managment
This 4-Week Online Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment course will give students an understanding of performing a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, including how to obtain records, photos, environmental liens, and how to write your final environmental site assessment report. This course will give you an understanding of performing a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment following the federal requirements under the ASTM 1527-13 ruling, the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule, and the difference with the Transaction Screen Assessment ASTM – E1528-06 rule. The workshop is online and on-demand. Each week you can watch the presentation, participate in the discussion and work on the class project at your own pace. There is no set time that you need to log-in or call in. In addition, the instructor is available to you to answer questions and to help you with the workshop assignments.
You must complete the class by the end of the session. If you are unable to complete the class within that time frame you MUST notify the Swamp School in writing. Late work may be turned in but may be penalized. You will be allowed to enroll in the next scheduled session, however, some or all of your previous coursework may not carry over to the new session. Additional time extensions can be requested and may be subject to a re-enrollment fee. The Swamp School reserves the right to modify this policy on a case-by-case basis.
