Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Online Courses
This 4-Week Online Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment course will give students an understanding of performing a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, including how to obtain records, photos, environmental liens, and how to write your final environmental site assessment report.
Time Limits
The workshop is being offered in an on-demand format. You can log in any time and watch the presentations and work on the assignments. There is not a specific time you need to start the class, and it is available anytime day or night. The class will remain active in your account for 120 days after your start the class.
In addition, the instructor is available to you to answer questions and to help you with the workshop assignments.
This course will give you an understanding of performing a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment following the federal requirements under the ASTM 1527-13 ruling, the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule, and the difference with the Transaction Screen Assessment ASTM - E1528-06 rule.
