The AB2588 Air Toxics “Hot Spots” Emission Inventory Criteria and Guidelines Regulation will provide direction and criteria to facilities on how to compile and submit required air toxics emission data.  Learn about the applicability of AB2588 and about the four-tier approach to calculate human health risks.  Attendees will get hands-on experience calculating human health risks using Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III approaches and a brief introduction Tier IV, i.e., Hot Spot Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) software.
