Total Compliance Training
Total Compliance Training is the one-day course that fulfills the mandatory training requirements for DOT, OSHA, and RCRA.
Who Should Attend?
Total Compliance Training is designed for any employee exposed to hazardous substances, including hazardous waste, or who ships and/or receives hazardous materials. These employees may be subject to the mandatory requirements set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
Employees who have previously received these regulatory certifications and/or employees with certifications about to expire should also attend Total Compliance Training. Proper training and retraining helps to minimize accidents and reduce the risk of fines. If you are unsure of the training required for your employees, contact us! Where Is Training?
Total Compliance Training classes are held at the Elk Training Center at 1420 Clarion Street in Reading, Pennsylvania. Group Total Compliance Training can be held at the Elk Training Center or at your facility anywhere in the country!
When Is Training?
Total Compliance Training at the Elk Training Center is held monthly on a Friday. Training is conducted from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with a morning, afternoon, and lunch break. Enrollment for scheduled training dates is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Group Total Compliance Training can be scheduled at your convenience. Training is typically conducted from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with a morning, afternoon, and lunch break. However, Elk will work with you to schedule a date and time that is convenient for you and your employees. Group Trainings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
How Much Does Training Cost?
Total Compliance Training at the Elk Training Center is $225 per person and includes course materials, certificate of completion with wallet card, refreshments, and lunch.
Group Total Compliance Training at the Elk Training Center is $1,200, plus $30 per person for course materials. Training includes course materials, certificate of completion with wallet card, refreshments, and lunch. The Elk Training Center can accommodate groups of up to 15 people.

"Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses will be charged for any facility outside of a 75 mile radius of Elk`s office in Reading, Pennsylvania, or where overnight stays are required.
