Our Products

Motortronics manufactures one of the broadest ranges of product available on the market today. Low voltage controls range from 200 to 600VAC @ 3 - 2000HP (up to 1500kW) and medium voltage soft starters range from 2300V to 15kV @ 200 - 15000HP (up to 12,000kW). In addition to having a complete line of solid state soft starters, Motortronics also manufactures electronic brakes, motor winding heaters and motor protection relays.

As one of only a few ‘true’ manufacturers of Medium Voltage Solid State Starters in the world, Motortronics’ products can be recognised under name brands of several key players in the electrical industry. Our products are being used as an integral part of packages offered by names like ABB, General Electric, Siemens, Schneider Electric and Toshiba just to name a few. Our strong engineering capabilities, manufacturing excellence and quality control have provided the foundation for the long term and successful relationships we have with all of our customers. Our customers have come to rely on Motortronics for dependable solutions to their motor starting needs.

Fairford Electronics changed its corporate name and branding to Motortronics UK in 2019. The Fairford low voltage soft starter ranges, previously marketed as synergy, agility and PFE, are now called VMX-synergy™, VMX-agility™ and VMX-PFE™. This brings the European corporate and product branding in-line with the Asian and American markets.
