ProcessMAP provides comprehensive instructor-led classroom training at a client-determined location. Classroom training content includes a combination of standard as well as a customized curriculum based on specific customer configurations.
Virtual or Online Training
Our virtual classroom offers the advantages of instructor-led training without the expense and time associated with travel. Users can register online, participate remotely through WebEx, and connect to our training environment to complete hands-on activities.
Access Pre-packaged Training Rollouts Designed for System Administrators & Trainers
ProcessMAP offers training toolkits for System Administrators and Trainers as part of train-the-trainer initiatives. These toolkits include standard and customized training materials, such as quick reference guides, videos, checklists, hands-on exercises, etc.) that can be used for internal training.
The ProcessMAP University team can create various end user materials that are specific to your branding, configuration, and processes. All our standard materials are available in English, and may be translated into other languages.
Ongoing training ensures that end-users are educated on new releases and services. A full schedule is published every quarter on the topics covered and duration of each session.
