TSCA Requirements for Fluorescent Light Ballasts Course
If you have fluorescent lamp fixtures manufactured before July 2, 1979, the lamp ballasts most likely contain polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). These ballasts and their components are subject to TSCA storage and disposal requirements.
