Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations Course
EPA has revised the Underground Storage Tank (UST) regulations for all facilities—including those with emergency generator tanks. These are the first major revisions to the UST regulations since 1988. The rules establish new requirements for the use of equipment to reduce releases to the environment, as well as detect releases should they occur.
