Training Details

We utilize Zoom Meetings to host our virtual training. Zoom Meetings is a video and web conferencing app that provides a virtual meeting place for you and us to visually and verbally interact. It's easy and fast to navigate. On training day we will email you a meeting request link. It’s as simple as following a few prompts to access the free Zoom Meetings app (no software install required).

We do recommend that you have a wide-angle, HD webcam and conference phone for large group meetings to ensure a more efficient training session. If each individual is in a different location, then a standard webcam and microphone is fine. Please make sure your location is relatively quiet and free of distractions to ensure a smooth and beneficial training session.

We offer free setup support if needed or you can join a test meeting through the Zoom website to ensure you have the correct equipment and are prepared on training day. The Zoom Meeting app is also available for iPhone, iPad, and Android.
