Alfa Laval MAPX 309 Oil Purifier applies the centrifugal force to clean the heavy fuel oil which is used in the ships for the continuous running of the ship, it improves the quality of oils & reduces engine wear /emissions and possible breakdown. Alfa Laval Centrifugal Separator has a maximum throughput capacity of 9000LPH.

GumaTech's reconditioning procedure:

- Purifier completely dismantled
- Bowl internal parts replated
- Bowl checked for balancing
- Vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, worm, worm gear, bearings & all o-rings/gaskets are replaced with new
- In this case, even the motors will be new
- Purifier reassembled and painted
- Test run for 24 hrs on the test bench
