HDB800G Bailer & Robot Palletising | RMGroup - Manual & Automated Packaging Systems - Video
Rm Group presents the HDB800G Bailing System, Complete with ABB Robot Palletising.
The heavy duty HDB800G has an 800 Litre capacity pressing chamber which will compress a range of products including Sawdust, haylage, chopped straw. miscanthus grass & more.
For this project we installed a HDB800G bailing plant which produces bales of wood chip at a rate of 3.5 bales per minute.
Chopped wood chip pin is fed into the system by a bucket elevator where material is then screened prior to its transfer into the ultraviolet disinfection system.
The product is then conveyed to a bulk packaging or bailing system
Bails are then conveyed to a custom programmed robot to be palletised.
The pallet is finally conveyed to a pallet wrapping machine where its weatherproofed and conveyed for storage.
