Knack Systems has developed a SAP C4C - MindTouch application (MindTouch-Connect) which enable end-to-end process integration between SAP C4C Service and MindTouch. This integration facilitates the Contact Center Agents to access various documents from MindTouch Document Repository. MindTouch-Connect from Knack Systems makes it easy for agents to get the information they need without ever needing to leave their SAP Cloud for Customer interface.
