Our founding premise: a force for good!
The premise of the Delphi Group is to be a force for good through experience and business leadership. From the outset, our directors and shareholders believed passionately that responsible and proactive business is one the most effective forces for a better society.

The company opened for business in 1988 through the efforts of founding directors Christopher Henderson and Nicholas Parker. From day one, Delphi’s business ethos ensured it became a think tank for new and innovative ways to approach entrepreneurship. Ways that were both profitable and would have a positive impact on the environment, health, society and sustainable development.

From ‘greening’ the Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts in the early 90’s to climate change technology transfer projects in Asia and Latin America before ratification of the Kyoto Protocol, no other company in Canada has been providing sustainability and climate change services as long as we have. In this time, Delphi has gone from strength to strength and we are proud of our many achievements that have stood the test of time and have changed things positively, forever.

Today, we continue to expand and explore our ability to help businesses and organizations change – for the better.
