USB Micro Borescope with Embedded LED, USB, HDMI and Tablet Intro - Video
Discussing our new MICRON Digital Borescope with an embedded LED light source, USB and HDMI connection, which we sell with a tablet. This is a great setup to cover all of your inspection needs and is available with video probes from 1.0mm to 2.4mm.
Here's the product page: https://www.fiberscope.net/1-6-thin-video-borescope/
This is the MICRON videoscope with the Advanced setup, it's got a more advanced video processor with a couple more options on the back, and it comes with a Microsoft tablet as well.
I will go through how to set it up:
0:15 This is your video probe. It's our demo 1.7mm (0.067') unit. You can see it's got a little bit of a tip on it and a bifurcated cable. One of them is a light cable that will transfer light through the probe and the other end is a CMOS video connection cable.
You need to lift the top part to release the cap, you can actually see there is a little tab there. And there's is also a little tab on the connector to be used when you plug the connector in. Make sure you alight a red dot at the top. Connect the video cable first and then the light probe. Push on the power button to turn the unit on and you can see the light will come on. The video processor will boot up.
0:54 On the back of the processor, you've got a USB-out, an HDMI-out, and the power adapter.
Right now the USB is plugged in with the converter to the tablet. Not boot up the tablet, and connect a cable right into the USB port and then we'll open the tablet. If it asks you for a passcode, the standard-setting is 1234.
You will see there's one viewing option on the tablet (an icon) click that to open it. It will open up and you will see the live image from the unit.
You can see the icons on the left - you can capture images, you can capture video, you can preview files, that you captured before.
1:49 Again, there are a couple viewing options with this processor unit. Right now it's going on the tablet when you can save, there's a USB that can go directly to a computer or a laptop, to save images and video, and then there's an HDMI output to go to a high-definition TV, or if you have an HDMI capture box or something that will capture a signal from HDMI you can use that as well.
