Evaporating and drying equipments for printing & dyeing sludge applications - Printing
Sludge Characteristics: Textile printing and dyeing sludge in Xinlong WWTP, which contains a lot of textile fiber fluff, has been tested that the volatile content of textile printing and dyeing sludge is relatively high (about 40%) when the moisture content is changed from 40% to 30%. To prevent explosions during the drying process, a low-temperature dehumidification drying technology with a drying temperature not higher than 90°C is adopted.
Project Background:
Profile of the Builder--For textile printing and dyeing, the water treatment capacity is 45000T/D, and the moisture content is 80~85% and the wet mud content is 300T/D. Xinlong Company didn`t have special sludge treatment facilities. The sludge is mainly handled by external transportation (handed over to qualified units in the province for treatment). With the increasing amount of sludge and the increasing cost of treatment, Severely restricts Xinlong`s sewage treatment capacity and survivability, and to a large extent also restricts the survival and development of the Guangdongxiqiao textile industry base.
