HS Protect is a water-based, single component, low sag, peelable coating designed to protect surfaces from damage without attacking the underlying surface.

The liquid coating is easily applied manually by spray, brush or roller, or it can be applied by automated industrial spray robots.

When dry, HS Protect forms a tough, flexible and durable film that provides excellent resistance and strength without blocking problems.

HS Protect can be easily peeled off by hand if required, leaving a residue and dirt free surface.

HS Protect is designed to protect all non-porous surfaces from scratches, abrasion, debris, dirt, dust, oil, grease, flash rust, corrosion, paint overspray, natural sandblasting, etc. There are also some porous surfaces that can be protected with HS Protect, such as concrete, natural stone, wood, etc.

APPLICATIONS

HS Protect provides excellent protection for a wide range of materials: plastic, glass, rubber, metals, ceramics, acrylic, concrete, wood, etc.

Examples of use: Windows and doors, plumbing fixtures, polished concrete (stairs, columns, statues, floors, etc.), new vehicles being transported to dealerships or while operating in abrasive environments (during sand storms, in mines, or on a construction site), protection of automotive and aerospace parts during storage or transportation, cranes, protection of coated metals during fabrication or maintenance of large vessels (pipes, hulls, floors, etc.), painted ship hulls (protection from damage by welding sparks), gas and oil pipelines during transport or storage, coating of spray booths, etc.
