Industry-specific solutions in process water treatment - Water and Wastewater - Water Treatment
In industry, a lot of water is needed and is contaminated by a wide range of pollutants in the most diverse production processes. Unfortunately, most of the industrial waste water is wasted. In order to avoid this, we are developing high-performance waste water treatment plants with the vacuum evaporator as the core element.
Not all industrial waste water is the same. Emulsions with coolant lubricants or cooling lubricants from metalworking and processing require a different treatment than industrial waste water from power generation and supply, which contains various substances such as acids, PEG or fluorides. Waste water from waste disposal or surface technology also makes different demands on the vacuum evaporator systems and requires specific pre- and post-treatment.
As different as the industries are, the applications for industrial waste water treatment are just as diverse - whether in die casting, painting, electroplating, or parts cleaning, in vehicle washing or in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The goal always remains the same: the contaminated industrial waste water is treated by vacuum evaporation so that it can be reused directly in the production process.
