Our capillary tube thermal mass flow controllers and meters are split into two categories: Premium Digital and Economical OEM.  This class of precision instrument measures and controls gas mass flow rates of any clean dry gas including mixtures, toxics and corrosives to very low flow flow ranges (i.e. 0 to 4 sccm) as well as higher full scale flow ranges up to 1000 slpm. Our Immersible Thermal MFM`s can measure much higher flow rates with precision.
