The laser cut with the aid of nitrogen ensures precision in cutting and a continuous cleaning from refuse of the metal processing. The nitrogen generator produces inert gas avoiding contamination of the material subjected to engraving.


During the cutting phase with the laser on different types of material (stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized materials) the nitrogen assists the cutting operation to obtain a finished product without defects qualitative and with lower time. While the laser ray ensures a clean cut through the fusion of the metal, in contemporary nitrogen emitted from a nozzle allows the highest level of cleanliness of the engraved avoiding any kind of contamination from the refuse produced. The nitrogen generator produces N2, inert gas, at a cost of production negligible, eliminating completely the cost of the nitrogen cylinders.
