Common water quality sensors
The role of water quality sensor:
Water quality sensor is a device used to measure water quality, usually consisting of multiple sensors and measuring systems. The function of water quality sensor is to detect various substances in water, and convert them into electrical signals, and then through the measurement system for processing and analysis, get the indicators of water quality. Water quality sensors can be used to monitor water pH, REDOX potential (ORP), electrical conductivity (EC), dissolved oxygen (DO), turbidity and other indicators to assess water quality status, predict possible pollution events, and take timely measures.
The use of water quality sensors is very important because it can help us understand the state of water quality and take appropriate measures to improve it. For example, if ammonia nitrogen is found to be too high in the water, it can be reduced by adding biologics such as nitrifying bacteria. In addition, water quality sensors can also provide information about microorganisms, organic matter and nutrients in water to help us understand the ecological status of water bodies and take appropriate measures to protect water resources.

Water quality sensor is a device used to measure water quality, usually consisting of multiple sensors and measuring systems. The function of water quality sensor is to detect various substances in water, and convert them into electrical signals, and then through the measurement system for processing and analysis, get the indicators of water quality. There are many kinds of water quality sensors. The following is a brief introduction of several common water quality sensors:
pH sensor: The pH sensor is used to measure the pH value of water. It can convert the pH value of water into an electrical signal and has a temperature compensation function to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Dissolved oxygen sensor: The dissolved oxygen sensor is used to measure the dissolved oxygen content in water. It can convert the dissolved oxygen content in water into an electrical signal and has an automatic calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Conductivity sensor: The conductivity sensor is used to measure the conductivity of water. It can convert the conductivity of water into electrical signals and has automatic calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Turbidity sensor: The turbidity sensor is used to measure the turbidity of water. It can convert the turbidity of water into electrical signals and has automatic calibration function to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
The above is a common water quality sensor, water quality detector is usually equipped with a number of different sensors, in order to achieve the measurement of different indicators.
