Aereon’sFIRECAT Thermal Oxidizer system is designed to destruct Acid Gas from a Midstream Client’s Processing Plant. The design of the system was based on an initial flow rate with expansion capacity availability. Our system was engineered to meet the very high destruction efficiency across several streams with acid gas as the primary focus. The project required forced draft design with both combustion chamber and exhaust stack refractory. The unit was rated at 35 MMBTU/hr. Delivery was critical and our TO Project Team exceeded the clients expectation with flawless execution.
