The plant is equipped with a modern dust removal system, enabling fully enclosed, dust-free operations and ensuring compliance with strict environmental standards. The treatment line follows a “crushing first, screening later” process. Incoming waste is transported by a grab machine to the feeding port, then processed by a jaw crusher to break down bulky materials. The crushed material then passes through a magnetic separation system to remove metallic contaminants, before moving to the manual sorting station for detailed classification.

After manual sorting, the materials are conveyed to the secondary crushing section, where bulk stones are processed by a cone crusher, and decoration and demolition waste is handled by an impact crusher. Following crushing, the materials are screened through circular vibrating screens and drum screens, separating reusable aggregates and other recoverable resources. A final deep crushing and re-screening stage ensures the quality and consistency of the recycled output.
