JIMCO`s MAC500 units were installed in the cold storage room at SuperBrugsen in Sonderso to eliminate airborne mold spores and prevent mold growth on ceilings, walls, shelves, and cooling coils. The environmentally friendly MAC500 technology uses UV-C and a small amount of eco-friendly ozone to break down mold spores and bacteria—without the need for chemicals, scrubbing, or water.
Result:
For over two years since installing the MAC500 units at SuperBrugsen in Sonderso, mold has not returned, and their cooling coils have remained completely clean. Butcher Lars Bo Hansen is extremely satisfied with the results, noting that prior to the installation, mold growth had to be cleaned off at least once a month.
