Project - Yanbu Refinery - Oil and Gas

A major oil and gas operator in KSA contracted CMC to deliver and certify 4 PEMS for compliance on their refinery stacks. A SmartCEMS PEMS was started-up to record the operating and emission data in June of 2013 for all of the units. The data acquisition system consisted of a data historian integrated with the DCS. The system utilizes the signal from the gas flow monitor and other boiler parameters and the results of test data to calculate emission rates.
