Grease, Smoke and Odour Control was in need of review for this widely used kitchen, inside a listed building.
We integrated grease and odour control with our Techniclean In-Duct units. Using UV-c and ozone technology, the units keep ductwork virtually grease-free, reducing risk of fire and were able to be retrofitted with ease.
A successful installation, allowing the original plans to remain largely the same. And an equally as successful treatment of kitchen odours; allowing the catering of 1100 pupils to not disrupt any other part of the college.
