ROM Express is 21st Century’s most basic product offering for recyclers and handles COD transactions only. ROM Express offers almost everything a small recycler needs to comply with local, state and federal laws in a single module.  While laws may vary from state to state, ROM Express is designed to meet recyclers’ basic compliancy needs, with a fingerprint and driver’s license scanner, a touch screen monitor and software to handle CRV and public sellers.

ROM Recycler is designed as an mid-level software system for the handling of public sellers.  Features available with ROM Recycler include advanced metal theft compliance, online reporting, scale integration, and advanced weigh and pay functions for COD and check-paying transactions occurring at a small to medium-sized recycling yards. Up to 10 users may be added to ROM Recycler.

ROM Standard offers many of the same software features as does ROM Recycler – only automated for even more efficiency. PLUS, with the more functional ROM Standard recyclers can also process transactions for commercial accounts.  ROM Standard stands out from ROM Recycler with such available features as purchase and sales order management, inventory control, dispatch and bin tracking, settlement and invoice creation and AP/AR monitoring.

For companies that conduct international business, or drop ship directly to mills, ROM Brokerage gives recyclers the option of utilizing all the same features of ROM Standard while also allowing recyclers to set currency exchange rates.  ROM is currently being used in several around the world including Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Japan.
