Oil Mist Eliminators

3nine - Model Nova 300 - Oil Mist Eliminators

The Nova is the smallest oil mist eliminator in the GREEN LINE series and works on all machine tools with a cabin volume of up to 70 CF (2 m³).

3nine - Model Anna 600 - Oil Mist Eliminators

The oil mist eliminator Anna effectively cleans the oil mist/oil smoke formed during the CNC metal working process. Besides dispensing clean air into the workshop, the Anna recycles almost all of your oil/coolant separated.

3nine - Model Lova 900 - Oil Mist Eliminators

The oil mist eliminator Lova effectively cleans the oil mist/oil smoke formed during metal processing and provides clean air into the workshop. With the Lova you recycle and reuse almost all of your oil/coolant which was a mist.

3nine - Model Nina 1200 - Oil Mist Eliminators

The oil mist eliminator Nina is specially designed for higher airflow and works on all machine tools with a cabin volume up to 424 CF (12 m³). The Nina effectively cleans the oil mist/oil smoke formed during the machining process  and provides clean air into the workshop, as well as recycling almost all of your oil/coolant from the mist. The Nina is suitable for all applications involving processes using oil, coolants or other lubricants. Even with tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron you can expect 99.97% particle free air. Read more about how this is possible under the Technology section.

Oil Skimmer

3nine - Model SLS - Oil Skimmer

The SLS oil skimmer gives you high separation of tramp oil and extends the lifetime of your cutting fluids. The technique exploits the viscosity differential between oil and cutting fluid, with the more viscous oil clinging to a rotating threaded device, from where it is separated out.

3nine - Model MOS - Oil Skimmer

The MOS-type oil skimmer is developed for applications with many solid particles. It separates the tramp oil effectively and extends the lifetime of your cutting fluid. The technique exploits the viscosity differential between oil and cutting fluid. The tramp oil has greater viscosity than the cutting fluid and will therefore cling to the rotating spiral. The oil is transported upwards and is continuously scraped off into a tank by a rotating metal plate that is attached to the top of the spiral.

Blue Line Oil Mist Eliminators

3nine - Model Lina 500 - Blue Line Oil Mist Eliminator

The Lina 500 is the smallest oil mist separator in the 3nine BLUE LINE Series. It was specifically designed for enclosed machine tools, with a cabin size of 176 CF or less.

3nine - Model Clara 1000 - Blue Line Oil Mist Eliminator

The Clara oil mist separator is designed to suit a wide range of machine tools, with cabin sizes up to 353 CF (10 m³). It effectively captures oil mist during machining, returning clean air to the workshop while maximizing the reuse of valuable oils and coolants. With co-current technology, Clara achieves exceptional separation efficiency, removing 99.9% of oil mist particles down to 1μm. Designed for easy maintenance and reliable operation, Clara ensures a cleaner, healthier work environment while reducing waste.

3nine - Model Emma 2500 - Blue Line Oil Mist Eliminator

The oil mist eliminator Emma is the largest unit in the 3nine BLUE LINE Series and was designed specifically for applications where high airflow is essential, such as very large cabins or open machine tools.

3nine - Model Petra 1000 - Blue Line Oil Mist Eliminator

The oil mist eliminator Petra is specifically designed to handle applications with a very high solid content, such as CNC grinding, polishing applications, machining of cast iron and heat treatment (quench oil) applications. The Petra develops 600 CFM (1000 m³/h) and is suitable for all machine tools with a maximum cabin size of 353 CF (10 m³). It can easily be installed on most machine tools, which saves floor space and eliminates unnecessary pipe work and expensive pipe maintenance. This is important because these types of applications produce a great deal of the solid particles that can drop out in the pipes. It also makes it easier to move the machine tool when production requirements change.
