HydroZone Foggers are suitable for workplace and whole room disinfection and have many applications. A saturating fog is generated from pure ozone-water (OW) and electrostatically charged.  The tiny particles of OW are attracted to hard and soft surfaces where pathogenic microorganisms hide.  The active oxygen from ozone rapidly attacks and kills bacteria and other microbes leaving no chemical residues behind.

DiaZone Supercells are constructed in two equal halves separated by a special membrane. Each cell has one or more pairs of electrodes (anode/cathode) and the size and configuration of these electrodes determines the power that can be applied to the cell and its ozone output. The electrode material is solid, conductive diamond. Cells are designated R500, R1000, R2000, R5000, etc, referring to their maximum ozone outputs in mg/h respectively.

DiaZone Microcells are small. They are constructed in two equal halves separated by a special membrane. The electrodes in the Microcells are conductive diamond wafers incorporating a number of capillary-sized flow channels. When the current is switched on, ozone is generated in the water flowing past the anode and a small amount of hydrogen is generated at the cathode. To avoid deposition of calcium and other substances on the cathode, the current to the cell is switched at regular intervals in a process described as polarity reversal. Both the design of the cell and method of operation are the subject of intellectual property and international patents pending.

DiaZone electrolytic cells generate oxygen (O2) and ozone (O3) from water (H2O). To do this a special electrode material is required and this is solid conductive diamond. These electrodes operate at a high potential that cause the “O” in H2O molecules to form both oxygen and ozone. The two hydrogen ions (H+) from the water molecule pass through the special membrane, that separates the anodes from the cathodes, to form hydrogen gas (H2) at the cathode in the cell. The membrane acts as a solid polymer electrolyte between the counter electrodes.
