A3-USA designs and manufactures membrane bioreactor (MBR), sequencing batch reactor (SBR), and conventional activated sludge (CAS) wastewater treatment plants. We are the only MBR plant integrator who manufactures the complete plant, including the membrane modules. phosphorous removal, and carbon addition for a secondary anoxic basin.

Custom skid-mounted and containerized package systems are delivered to your job site fully assembled and tested. All required equipment for the plant is included. All plants are equipped with internet monitoring and cloud-based data reporting and receive full 24/7 A3-USA technical support.

A3-USA manufactures the MaxFlow membrane module at our plant in North Carolina. The MaxFlow module has been used around the world for wastewater treatment for almost 20 years.

The NRW Contec perforated plate screen provides extremely reliable and cost-effective screening for municipal and industrial applications, and is the preferred screen for the A3 MBR wastewater treatment plant.

The A3 "CBS" multi-rake bar screen is ideal for in-channel pre-treatment of wastewater. Using rakes to continuously clean the screening bars, the CBS screen is available in a variety of standard or custom sizes.

The A3 shaftless screw screen offers wastewater screening and transport of solids in a practical and efficient package. Perforated plate or wedgewire screens retain solids, which are lifted and transported by the screw. Brushes continually clean the screening area. Available in a variety of standard and custom sizes.

The A3-USA disc filter is one of the most advanced and cost-effective tertiary filtration disc filters on the market today. Influent is fed by gravity into the center drum and passes through the stainless steel filter discs. The filtered effluent passes into a tank. As the solids levels rise in the discs, high pressure nozzles engage to provide cleaning; this along with the rotation allows the solids to fall into the discharge hopper for discharge.

The A3 Screw Press is designed to dewater sludge from both municipal and industrial processes to approximately 20% solids.
