The Aagaard chain filter is designed to meet the needs of large high volume extraction plants. It is also capable of handling high volumes of waste material, that might for example be found in the joinery industry using high throughput moulders and saw etc. Provided with gravity separation top inlet chambers and large hopper section beneath the filters ensure good collection of coarse and abrasive material with minimum wear and blinding of the filters above. Periodic or continuous cyclic cleaning is provided by reverse flow regeneration fans to maintain the highest efficiency under all working conditions. This type of filter can be supplied to handle up to 300.000 m³/hr – approximately 150.000CFM.

The Aagaard conveyor filter is a modular constructed filter intended for small and medium-sized volumes of air and chips. The filter is mounted with a chip conveyor, which can be used for more filters, in this way the emptying and transport system becomes most flexible, and concerning energy an inexpensive solution with minimum power consumption. The chips can be blown directly into the end of the bottom section, or in case of large air quantities into a top inlet module. Cleaning is made with reverse air via regeneration fans or by automatic shaking on minor systems.

Aagaard A/S supply complete modularly constructed silo systems for the storage of wooden chips, sawdust, dust, granules etc. The silos can be supplied with pointed the flat roof for filter system. The silo can be fitted with an outfeeder with or without screw conveyor to e.g. a wood waste burning system, a briquette press or a container etc. All silos have been approved by various authorities. The silos are supplied disassembled and are easily assembled by means of special connecting rails at the assembly place, which minimizes the freight costs and the time of assembling.

Aagaard’s silo outfeeder is intended for outfeeding of wooden dust and chips from silo systems in the woodworking industry. The outfeeder is either installed in the silo or constructed as a bearing construction built into a support. From the silo with outfeeder the chips can be conveyed to a wood waste burning system or emptied into a container, van etc. The silo outfeeder can also be built into silos with internal hidden bottoms or onto a concrete foundation e.g. above the roof of the wood waste burning system. The outfeeder will be adjusted to the actual silo, the chip type, and the desire capacity.

The Aagaard screw conveyor is the correct solution to transportation of wood waste over short distances. No noise and no dust emission.

Our double chain conveyor is the preferred solution when the transfer system demands reliability, low noise and low power consumption. Its robust, modular design affords you a pressure-less transport of materials, and therefore no dust leaks, over long and short distances and any elevation at a fraction of the energy costs of a pneumatic conveying system and without bothering your neighbours.

The Aagaard flue gas filter model AFF is flexible both regarding application and location. The filter is designed for relatively large air volumes with low dust burden, and is suitable for biomass plants and small decentralized combined power and heating stations with very limited installation possibilities. The filter is very compact considering its large filter surface area.
