ABiTEP GmbH was founded in September 2005 in succession of FZB Biotechnik GmbH. Since then, the aim of our biotech company is to develop innovative and environmentally friendly methods and products for a resource-conserving agriculture, manufacturing and marketing.

In May 2012 the Swiss company "Andermatt Biocontrol AG", specialized in biological based plant protection, acquires shares of ABiTEP GmbH, Germany about 24,9% In future, Andermatt Biocontrol AG will manage the distribution of ABiTEP GmbH products world-wide, as ABiTEP GmbH Bacillus products will be accompanying with their extensive portfolio of biological products for agriculture, horticulture, hobby gardeners and beekeeping
