AHERA Asbestos Bldg. Inspector OR Mngmt. Planner (Refresher)
The Asbestos Building Inspector Course is a 1/2 day course in the morning. This one-half day refresher course is required annually for individuals with a current EPA AHERA building inspector license. To obtain the state license or permit, trainees must have proof of education and/or experience. Contact Access or the appropriate state for details.
OSHA Hazardous Waste Worker - HAZWOPER 40 Hour (Initial Course)
This course provides the basic knowledge and techniques required for workers who are potentially exposed to hazardous substances and health hazards while performing contaminated site work activities. This course meets the initial training requirements of OSHA’s HAZWOPER standard (29 CFR 1910.120; 29 CFR 1926.65) and includes chemical and physical hazards, toxicology, respiratory protection, decontamination, lockout/tagout, hazard communication, confined space entry, and personal protective equipment.
EPA Lead Renovator (Initial Course)
Part of the EPA`s Renovation, Repair and Painting Program. If you work in home, schools, day care centers built pre-1978, you must be EPA lead-safe certified. A trained Renovator must provide supervision on these projects.
