Industrial IoT - Transmitters
AccuTherm QuantaDat - Multisensor Transmitter for nSens Probes
Multisensor transmitter for nSens probes with 4 analog signal outputs. The QuantaDat offers a cost-optimized solution thanks to the possibility of connecting up to 4 external nSens-HT humidity/temperature sensors to one transmitter with flexible cable lenghts. Large LCD display and easy configuration allows quick integration into existing building automation systems, climate control or GMP monitoring environment.
Sensor - Flow Sensor
AccuTherm - Flow Sensor for Liquid and Gas Mass Flow Measurement
The FLT-M1 flow sensor is engineered to measure the mass flow of liquids and gases using a mini Coriolis system with an S-shaped measuring tube and temperature sensor. This sensor is directly installed into flow pipes via a manufacturer-specific connection, where it leverages Coriolis forces to determine flow rates. It transmits measured values such as mass flow, density, and temperature to a higher-level system via Modbus TTL. Capable of managing pressure lines up to 100 bar at a rate of 200 measurements per second, the device captures flow changes within a step response time of 50 ms. Designed for OEM applications, particularly in plant and machine construction, it is optimized for high-volume, low-variance measurements. The sensor is not standalone and requires device integration. Available in two variants, FLT-M1_i1 and FLT-M1_i2, it caters to differing flow ranges and requirements, providing essential data for precise dosing and mixing operations. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C and adheres to IP protection standards when installed. It lacks intrinsic safety features but complies with relevant environmental and electromagnetic compatibility standards.
Data Aquisition - Chart Recorder
AccuTherm - Multi-channel Chart Recorder
The RM10C Multi-channel Chart Recorder is designed for comprehensive industrial data logging. It supports a range of input types including DC voltage (±10mV to ±10V), DC current (4-20mA), thermocouples (R, S, B, K, E, J, T, C, N, PR40-20, PL2, Au-Fe, U, L), and RTD sensors (Pt100 and JPt100). The recorder offers a maximum recording accuracy of ±(0.2% of reading + 3 digits) and features robust noise rejection with a NMRR of 60dB and CMRR of 140dB. Electrical isolation is ensured with input-to-ground resistance of 20MΩ at 500VDC, and dielectric strength of 2000VAC for one minute. The device supports RS-232C and optional RS-485 communication interfaces. The recorder's case is rated IP65, making it waterproof and dustproof, ideal for harsh industrial environments. It is powered by 100-240VAC with a power consumption of up to 30VA. Additional functionalities include up to 6 alarm set points per channel, relays for alarm output, and disposable felt pen or color ribbon cartridge for printing. The device's compact dimensions are 144x144x150mm, and it weighs up to 1.8kg.
