The RECO is a crucial step and breakthrough of UV technology. The essential part for oxidation in the hard UV-C radiation range breaks down disproportionately high with voltage fluctuations. Consistent UV output is therefore an essential characteristic of reliable UV oxidation. For this purpose, a.c.k. the RECO® developed and patented. The RECO® constantly compares the actual operating conditions by continuously measuring the physical lamp environment. These data are permanently compared with a chip card which is uniquely assigned to each UV-lamp and which bears the lamp`s "fingerprint". If deviations are found that are outside the tolerance, the RECO® adjusts the difference.

The full performance disinfection UV-reactor with great advantage in pricing. Developed and produced for standard applications from 5 to 40 m³/h with low material requirements. The Basic series is designed as a low-cost product in PP and is therefore suitable for cold water applications up to 6 bar and in the hot water range up to 4 bar pressure resistance.

The reactor generation for large-scale use from 20 to 1000 m³ / h. These reactors are made of stainless steel according to your specific requirements and can be equipped with a whole range of accessories.

 The Rotaclean is a mechanical cleaning device that works without a motor (external drive) or seals. This makes the unit very inexpensive and reliable. The drive is the hydraulic force of the moving flow, which then causes the Teflon wiper to tumble randomly over the surface of the quartz protective tube.

Microfloat and Microspear were specially developed for the chemical-free disinfection of water in storage tanks and tubs using UV radiation. Microfloat (floating UV unit) is used in closed tanks with static and strongly fluctuating filling levels. Microspear (UV immersion lamp) is used in rinses with a more static filling levels and in machines.

All Microspear UV devices are supplied in a control cabinet with the appropriate cable length between the control cabinet and the UVC immersion lamp. As the only manufacturer of UVC immersion lamps, we deliver reliable leakage monitoring for failure diagnosis.

Microcip - The ideal compliment to our powerful UV disinfection products.a.c.k. presents a programme for uv-disinfection devices that is excellently applies to the requirements of surface technology and which guarantees a lowering of microbiological levels in water streams. Despite this programme, not all system components can be reached by uv-light such as, for example, pipes, nozzles etc., and, hence, in some cases, an additional function is required, which can only be generated by chemicals.Therefore a.c.k. has developed the chemical additive Microcip® which can be integrated into industrial streams without causing undesired reactions between process water and product manufacture. An ideal and effective solution has been achieved through a combination of physical and chemical disinfection.

Who doesn`t know the hassle of analog and digital level sensors? Great system automation has been set up and it gets stuck because the level sensor gives it the wrong signal. Regardless of whether an ultrasonic sensor is misled by water vapor, foam or the sloping bottom of a tank, or whether mechanical floats become encrusted and get stuck, the system manufacturer or operator has the trouble and the costs. A.C.K. looks back on more than 10 years of experience in international special system construction and knows how important reliable level measurement technology is. The wheat is separated from the chaff, especially in sewage systems. We have condensed our experience into our own level sensor and have given it the properties that plant engineers need.
