LCD screens are a typical example of electronics which have not been designed with recycling in mind. Most LCD screens which are now end of life use mercury lamps as a backlight for the screen. Because mercury is very toxic in small amounts it is necessary to contain the mercury which is released during recycling.

The belt feeder is designed to evenly feed both large and medium sized products into your process. The feeding is done through a metal plate belt, which enables the feeding of heavy pieces. The gear motors are driven by frequency convertors allowing a broad range of speed control.

The hopper is used to evenly feed small to medium sized products into the process. The feeding is done through a vibrating table. By using a vibrating table which is closed to the environment, pieces are prevented from falling on the floor and the complete hopper content effectively ends up into the process stream.
