Ad Rem - Belt Feeder
The belt feeder is designed to evenly feed both large and medium sized products into your process. The feeding is done through a metal plate belt, which enables the feeding of heavy pieces. The gear motors are driven by frequency convertors allowing a broad range of speed control.
Ad Rem - Hopper
The hopper is used to evenly feed small to medium sized products into the process. The feeding is done through a vibrating table. By using a vibrating table which is closed to the environment, pieces are prevented from falling on the floor and the complete hopper content effectively ends up into the process stream.
Ad Rem - Dosing Screw
The dosing screw is used to accurately feed small amounts of product. The closed design of the dosing screw prevents products from ending up on the floor. Furthermore, dust formation remains very limited. The dosing screw can be implemented in stainless steel, regular steel or abrasion-resistant steel, according to the product which needs to be dosed.
AD Rem - Weighing Buffer
The weighing buffer is used to weigh or dose a certain amount of product. The weighing buffer is constructed on weighing cells that precisely measure how much product is contained by the buffer. The weighing buffer can be implemented with a dosing belt or screw to discharge the product. Using the weighing buffer enables the fabrication of mixtures with a constant composition.
AD Rem - Fiber Sieve Drum
The fiber sieve drum is designed to eliminate fibers and solid particles from waste- and process water through sieving. The contaminated water is injected into a drum that contains small holes at the sides through which the water is sieved off. The particles that are unable to go through the holes are discharged from the drum by means of an internal screw. The fiber sieve drum can be equipped with an automated cleaning system that works by means of a brush and high pressure spraying nozzles.
