Advanced Material Solutions (AMS) has been providing high-speed non-destructive testing, parts cleaning, and related services since 1995 for industries such as automotive, transportation, aerospace, medical device, and consumer products. AMS handles high-volume inspections, processing between 20-50 million components annually across different locations including Phoenix, Cincinnati, and Guanajuato, Mexico. The development of their SmartTest™ products, initiated in early 2018, was driven by the need to overcome limitations in legacy acoustic resonance inspection systems. This advancement has significantly improved defect detection, reduced reject rates, and enhanced productivity.
