We’ve put over 50 years of baler belt history and expertise into the constructions of our AG Belt™ brand baler belts to ensure superior performance across a variety of baler makes and models. We are the Original Equipment supplier for numerous OEMs and that means our dedication to quality is a requirement. Almost all our belt specs are manufactured using a rotary curing process—the gold standard for high quality and consistency. Proprietary rubber compounds are designed especially for the rigors of round hay baling. Our polyester and nylon fabric constructions are engineered for optimal balance between strength, durability, and performance. All this adds up to less down time and more time baling hay.

AG Belt HD belts use heavy-duty fabric blends of polyester and nylon outer plies with a full polyester center ply for the ultimate in fastener retention, tear & puncture resistance, and longevity. These premium belts are manufactured using a rotary curing process —the gold standard for high quality and consistency. AG Belt HD baler belts are the premium choice for high-density baling and baling of abusive crop such as cornstalks.

AG Belt™ Spliceless™ baler belts simply do not have a splice – eliminating the number one cause of premature belt failure in traditionally spliced belts whether mechanically laced or endless. Our patented spliceless design provides a belt with complete mechanical consistency and symmetrical construction throughout—eliminating any possibility of splice transition interference that could cause tracking issues or other splice related problems and providing consistent trackability regardless of the drive surface.

Our patented belt construction increases transverse rigidity without sacrificing longitudinal flexibility which allows the belt to remain extremely stable under dynamic conditions such as high tension/high speed as well as at start up – all translating to superior trackability.
Our patented belts are constructed with opposing “s” and “z” cords which transfer start-up torque and side loads toward the belt center line facilitating consistent trackability under dynamic conditions.

Description: The CobraCut™ 9" Baler Belt Cutter can easily cut baler belts up to nine inches wide. This tool is made using high-grade aircraft aluminum to keep it light-weight, portable, and very durable. The cam-style cutting mechanism will cut baler belt reliably and with ease. The reversible aluminum anvil blade-stop ensures a clean cut from a blade that can be sharpened or replaced as needed. The heavy-duty cutting table features a belt fence to square the cut and can be mounted on either side of the table for convenience.

The CobraCut™ 20" Baler Belt Cutter can easily cut baler belts up to twenty inches wide. This tool is made using high-grade aircraft aluminum to keep it light-weight, portable, and very durable. The Alligator® Rivet Fastener system uses a patented, self-setting rivet technology that works the rivets between the carcass fibers without severing them. The fasteners and rivets are constructed from durable, abrasion resistant stainless steel for long life.

The Clipper® Wire Hook design incorporates a double-staggered grip pattern that gives wire hooks exceptional holding power without degrading the integrity of the belt carcass. Clipper® Wire Hooks are available in a variety of sizes based on the requirements of the baler and the belt. Constant research and development at the belting research center in Marysville, Ohio, has led to the creation of innovative, top-quality products. This commitment to quality has created fabrics and adhesives that are crucial for the creation of advanced ply material. The result of this research and development are fabric combinations ideally suited to round hay baler applications.

For belts up to 25/34” (10mm) thick with mechanical fastener ratings up to 125 P.I.W. (21 kN/m) and minimum pulley diameters from 15/16” – 7” (24 - 175 mm).
