The AGF RiserPACK Model 8511Z is a 2½” floor control assembly designed for NFPA 13 wet fire sprinkler systems. It features a hose test connection, TESTanDRAIN valve, flow switch, pressure gauge with a shutoff valve, and a Zurn ZW5004  Series Pressure Tru® Field Adjustable Pressure Reducing Floor Control Valve. The 8511Z manifold was designed specifically for floor control applications where a downstream drain outlet, capable of full flow is required for Pressure Reducing Valve acceptance testing and future inspection and testing requirements. The ZW5004 valve regulates pressure under both FLOW and NO-FLOW conditions and can be field adjusted with ease thanks to its low torque design. Adjustments only take 9 ft-lb of torque. The compact profile fits in tighter spaces, while the larger handwheel operates with no trouble. The ZW5004 Series delivers optimal flow performance, making it ideal for any application, retrofit or new.

The AGF PURGEnVENT™ Model 7940 BLE is a Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) compliant automatic air venting valve assembly designed to enhance the longevity and efficiency of wet pipe fire sprinkler systems. By continuously removing excess air, the 7940BLE helps reduce the risk of internal pipe corrosion, a common issue in metallic piping systems.

The Model 5690A Mounting Kit installs behind the Model 5400, 5450, or 5500 cabinets and allows the 5680A Outdoor Cover to be properly secured when the cabinets are being mounted to a column, uneven or curved wall, or when the cabinet needs to be mounted off of the wall surface to accommodate the drain line. The steel backplate and Unistruts have a red powder-coated finish, and the kit includes rubber flashing and mounting hardware. The Model 5680A Mounting Kit is only used if the installation location requires a 5680A Outdoor Cover, and the back of the COLLECTanDRAIN cabinet will not sit flat against a wall.

The COLLECTanDRAIN Model 5680A Outdoor Cover is required to safeguard Model 5400, 5450, and 5500 units when installed in exposed environments. This cover snugly fits over the cabinet and can be securely attached to a wall via holes in its flange. For mounting scenarios involving columns, uneven or curved walls, or when accommodating drain lines off the wall surface, the Model 5690A Mounting Kit is recommended.

The lightweight and compact Model 1011A is a 300 PSI rated single-handle ball valve with a pressure relief valve designed to provide both the test and express drain functions required for a wet fire sprinkler system. The Model 1011A ball valve eliminates the numerous connections required by the traditional assembly loop saving time, space, and money. The TESTanDRAIN Model 1011A features a tamper-resistant test orifice and sight glass, a tapped port for system access, a pressure relief valve, and optional orifices in all specifiable sizes. The Model 1011A is available in 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2" sizes in both NPT and BSPT. All TESTanDRAIN products can add pressure relief without draining the system and are field repairable without removing the valve from the system.

Model 2511A features a tamper-resistant test orifice and sight glass, a tapped port for system access, and a pressure relief valve. It`s available in 1" and 1-1/4" thread by thread (NPT) connection. FM approved & UL listed. Made in America.
