AGROMECH creates modern and complex solutions in the field of nature protection. We are pleased to offer design and complete realisation of sorting lines for municipal waste – either mixed and sorted. Our lines are also utilised in the area of recycling of audio/video devices.

Sliding conveyors have the simplest construction. Belt of such a conveyor slides over the bearing surface making a closed circuit. They are conveyors of the type: PLW and PCW. The former is a light type, the latter is heavy. Both may be simple, toggle, sorting, transverse. The basic elements of such conveyors are bodies and sides. Belts may be smooth or with jaw clutches. A drive is selected upon client’s demands.

The drum screen makes a separate wholeness, is a distinct mechanical device. The main conception of the rotary screen is selection of material provided for particular fractions, fragmentation and homogenisation. In accordance with client’s requirements, a drum screen may have a diameter from 1800 mm to 3600 mm and from 4 to 9 sections.

Sorting cabins are designed for sorting by workers waste being transported. Inside the cabin, apart from the conveyor transporting waste, there are individual positions for manual waste sorting. The number of such seats depends on client’s demands. In compliance with the option, the cabins may be: ventilated, heated, lightened and conditioned. Under the cabin, there are places for boxes with selected waste of particular type. The boxes may be equipped with manual or automatic gates.The sorting cabin as a wholeness may be a subassembly of a complete sorting line.

For company installations we design and produce various constructions. They include: superstructures, supporting constructions, platforms, walkways, frames, guardrails, stairs, feeding hoppers, discharge systems, cones, hoppers, handling stations. Each construction is designed in accordance with the strength and technological rules.

According to client’s demands, we design and produce tanks of different capacity. They are mainly tanks to store fuel to a dryer’s furnace or to store already dried products, or for other purposes. Every tank is equipped with a supporting construction and a guardrail with a ladder enabling getting to hatches on the top of a tank. The wall is made of rolled sheet and strengthened with rolled steel elements. The tank narrows at the bottom and is finished with a discharge valve.

Swipple schredder RB-1,5 to such biomass as: wood shavings, wood chips, chaff grinded down of straw, fragmented plates wood. The swipple schredder is a device universally used in lines for biomass drying and milling, being basic setting up preparing the raw material in lines of the production pellets whether of briquette of biomass. Swipple schredder RB-1,5 is a device, of which grinding down delivered material assigned to dry is a task, with aim of parrying water. He can be messing up preparing material immediately before the baling press or the briquette press also. The swipple schredder can be used also as setting up in lines preparing fodders for grinding cereal seeds down and granulators. Nominal productivity is dependent from the kind of material grinded down, of electric power of the mounted engine and the size of the eye of the working sieve. Scope of applied powers of electric motors from 20 up to 55 kW.

AGROMECH for drying wet RDF offers mobile drum dryer , built on the basis of modernized SB 1,5 dryer. The heat source is drying gas oven with OILON gas burner with max. thermal power of 2,300 kW, supplied with GZ-50 natural gas. The heating medium is a mixture of hot air and exhaust gases produced during the combustion process in the gas furnace. The execution of gas path and its bringing to the gas furnace burner with an appropriate gas working pressure is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.
