An intrinsically safe, ATEX compliant odour control system, the Jetstream 100 is a compact, low-cost misting unit, which runs on compressed air. The Jetstream 100 is ideal for small applications, where space is limited or where a low-cost solution is needed. Because it runs on compressed air rather than electricity, there is no risk of the Jetstream 100 producing a spark, which makes it ‘intrinsically safe’ and ideal for use where volatile materials are present, such as in oil refineries and petro-chemical manufacturing processing plants. The Jetstream 100 can power up to four auto-clean, air-misting nozzles, allowing it to effectively neutralise odour in an extraction or ductwork system, or in localised external applications. The Jetstream 100 is simple to operate, with manual on/off switch and is supplied with brackets for wall mounting.

The Jetstream 200 is an electrically powered, compressed air misting system, driving multiple nozzles to effectively suppress odour in extraction or ductwork systems, for use in misting scrubbers, or in localised external applications. Featuring a 7-day timer, it can also be supplied with pulse control and remote control response facility which can be triggered from an external remote source, such as a windswitch. The Jetstream 200 requires a compressed air and mains electricity supply.

The Jetstream 300 is a compressed air, single nozzle misting system, designed for use in commercial kitchens, restaurants and take-aways. Used in conjunction with Odr, Air Spectrum’s odour neutraliser, it produces a very fine atomised mist, which is introduced into extraction ductwork or stacks, interacting with cooking odours and then neutralising them.The Jetstream 300 features a built-in compressor and requires a mains electricity supply.

The Vortex Mini Mobile Fan system is a portable odour control system specifically designed to treat localised odour issues, effectively neutralising odour when and wherever it occurs. This robust wheel-mounted unit can be quickly and easily moved to the sources of the odour problem. Its availability on-site for emergency use ensures the operator is always prepared for unexpected odour pollution. The system is compact, sturdy and powerful. Liquid neutraliser and water is pumped through the fan which produces a fine mist of micron fine particles that can be propelled up to 10 metres, rapidly and effectively reducing odour. The system works most efficiently with the Odr additive range, non-toxic odour neutralisers supplied by Air Spectrum which are effective in any environment.

The Rotary Atomiser is a highly powerful system, available in wall mounted, ceiling mounted and mobile unit form, and is designed to provide excellent coverage for odour control and/or dust suppression in both outdoor and indoor environments.

The powerful Vortex Rotary Atomiser Mobile is designed to provide excellent coverage in order to achieve odour control and/or dust suppression in both outdoor and indoor environments. Highly mobile, it can be moved to various locations quickly and is the ideal solution to variable, localised and emergency odour or dust problems. It is highly effective for the supression of dust, and can also be used in conjuntion with Air Spectrum`s Odr to neutralise odour in a wide range of environments. The systems are compact, sturdy, powerful and designed for frequent use, in the harshest of environments. With an 1125L integral bowser, the system can run for a full day without service.

Odorprep is an on-demand system for odour sampling to BSEN:13725. A remotely or directly activated system with the samples securely stored ready for collection, eliminating the need for an on-site technician. Odorprep can be used for many applications such as odour investigation and assessments, site emissions testing, nuisance investigations and air quality monitoring.

The DC30 is used for a variety of applications including dust suppression and disinfection. DC30 provides a powerful, heavy mist of potable water for a variety of fogging uses. Throw reach is around 30m depending on local conditions. The DC30 cannon head can rotate up to 350°, allowing for maximum coverage and accessibility.
