Aircon - Ductwork

Not only does Aircon make ductwork, it makes a lot of ductwork. In addition to regular welded or lockseam pipe, Aircon makes clean-out doors, elbows, transitions, and reducers. We also custom fabricate fan exhaust stacks to customer specifications.

Aircon - Angle Rings

From diameters of 3` and up, Aircon angle rings are the most reliable and versa- tile way of connecting ductwork and related fittings. They are essential on both very small jobs as well as on massive links between equipment filtering air in the hundreds of thousands of CFM.

Aircon - Structural Steel

Between the footpads of any dust collection device and the ground is a very ,important assembly of columns, beams, plates, and crossbraces. Aircon can ,design, fabricate, and install the support and structural steel tailored to the ,size restraints of your facility.

Aircon - Flat Back Elbows

For the abrasive dusts often encountered in wood products plants or grain elevators, Aircon often uses long-radius, flat-back elbows with a special liner material. This liner Material can be replaced without disassembling the elbow from the line. For more in Formation regarding other specialty products for the grain industry, such as zipper duct, Belt conveyors, and elevator leg filters, please contact our engineering department.

Equipment

Aircon - Airlocks

The Aircon `Flex Air` valve was designed for use as airlocks, pneumatic feeders on conveying systems, or as product metering devices.  Available in eight sizes, the valves can maintain an air seal at pressures or vacuums up to 17` WG (water gage).  A precision fabricated valve, the `Flex Air` features a one piece, full pocket, double wiper design. This design makes it possible to create the best air seal with flexible edge rotors. Aircon `Flex Air` Valves are ideal for use in industries such as woodworking, metalworking, grain, paper and many more.

Aircon - Below Roof Separator

Below Roof Separators are highly suited for the plant that wants conditioned air to remain indoors as well as eliminate any outdoor maintanence concerns. Moving indoors can save valuable resources and extra expense.

Aircon - Elf Units

There are a variety of benefits with an ELF (Elevator Leg Filter) Unit. Some of which include: allowing dust filtration to occur at the source and the elimination of hundreds of feet of ducting, scores of elbows, and a large fan required to overcome static pressure losses.

Aircon - Baghouses

A baghouse is a dust collection devices that filter air by passing it through a cloth or synthetic fiber media (or bag).  A bag is a long cylinder-shaped envelope that collects dust on its exposed surface.  Baghouses differ not by the method by which dust is removed from the airstream but   rather by the method by which dust is removed from the bag.
