Started in 197S the work force gradually picked up basic skills doing job works for corporate companies like Kirloskar and Walchandnagr Industries Ltd. Airochem Engineering Company

Airochem Engineering Company - 12000 sq ft area of plot, 2 bays under cranes for 10 tons, and 3 Tons lifting capacity. It also houses administrative office, stores, and Design and Development Centre as well. Being in existence since 1975 this is a front company.

This shop also is known as IMPELLER FACTORY. We build all impellers here, For making Bell mouths we have 100 Ton hydraulic press, and 3 dynamic balancing machines.

First balancing machine is for 3kg-300kg capacity, 2^nd machine balances 300kg to 1500kg, and 3^rd machine is for balancing impellers of upto3000Kg. We also have field balancing (SKF make) and vibration analyzer, alignment instrument
Fan Corporation

This facility is build to support the activity of parent company. It carries out all the fabrications for all fan compnents. The CNC cutting machine is located here, and entire steel plates are stired here. After cutting it is distributed to our companies as well as sub-contractors. Plasma as well as oxy-fuel cutting is undertaken.
Kolhapur Airochem Pvt. Ltd

This company is having plot of 21000sq ft, and built up shed with 3 Ton crane with handling facilities. Turning of shafts upto 4M long, keyway, hub machining takes on 3 lathes installed here.
