The staff at AirQuest has an average of over ten years experience conducting asbestos surveys and the management of abatement projects. All asbestos personnel are certified under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Title II/Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). AirQuest personnel have conducted hundreds of surveys and designed and managed numerous abatement projects ranging from residences to historic buildings, to hospitals and large industrial complexes.

AirQuest performs contamination assessment, remediation design and treatment construction/installations at sites impacted above regulatory standards. We have the knowledge and significant experience investigating sites with a wide range of contaminants, including agro-chemicals, vehicular fuels, dry cleaning solvents, hazardous materials, and unknown impacts. AirQuest has addressed all types of contaminated media and environmental settings. On behalf of our clients we negotiate, regulatory terms for assessment and remediation, in other US states, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

AirQuest provides contract administration and office management services on public contracts. We team with prime consultants and sub-consultants on all aspects of contract management. We provide an array of day to day management services. Our professionals work onsite or at our offices to provide clerical support, technical writing, document production, bookkeeping, strategic and sustainability consulting, and program/product management.

AirQuest personnel have extensive experience performing environmental site assessment and due diligence investigations. AirQuest’s president is an American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) member that participates in the committee that publishes the industry standard for due diligence investigations.

AirQuest is committed to assisting our clients in creating and maintaining an indoor environment that is safe and comfortable. Our Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professionals will assist your LEED® team in deciding upon which environmental quality credits to pursue. In coordination with other team members, our project managers will verify compliance with LEED® requirements and perform indoor air quality testing prior to building occupancy.

Poor indoor air quality (IAQ) in the workplace can decrease employee productivity and lead to health complaints and worker absenteeism.
AirQuest personnel have extensive experience identifying the cause and developing a solution to address indoor air quality concerns.

AirQuest assists its clients in obtaining air permits, maintaining compliance with air permit conditions and submitting the required periodic air permit reports to local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.In addition, AirQuest assists its clients in minimizing facility emissions and can provide atmospheric dispersion modeling to evaluate the impact of emissions at surrounding properties.

AirQuest provides a wide range of industrial hygiene and safety consulting services to a variety of public and private entities. Examples of our experience include: evaluating crew exposures to waste water treatment plant operations aboard a cruise ship, measuring silica exposures during manufacturing operations in an aircraft part maintenance facility, evaluating worker exposures during gun range cleaning activities, developing a health and safety plan for the United States Bureau of Land Management for remediation of an abandoned mine warehouse that was contaminated with mercury and various hazardous wastes.

Lead-Based Paint Consulting: AirQuest is licensed to conduct lead based paint consulting services in several states.

AirQuest scientists have served as expert witnesses in a variety of cases and have testified in Superior Courts in Florida, California, Arizona, and Nevada. Our education, background, and experience contributes to their credibility when it matters most. Our experience includes development of expert witness reports and affidavits, testimony at hearings, in deposition, or at trial, and litigation support services including bates numbering and cataloging and databasing volumes of data.
