Airtechnic Solutions is the exclusive representative in the Netherlands for MIX Srl, the Italian manufacturer of mixers for processing powders , pastes and solids. The basis of MIX Srl is the development and production of machines for mixing processes. Since 1990, in Cavezzo ( Modena ) a wide range of mixers are manufactured according to the European Directive 2006/42/EC, with a capacity of 2.6 to a maximum of 26,000 litres: Continuous and batch mixers for powders, granules , fibers and pasta ; granulators for converting powders into granules ; reactors and dryers ; stirred bunkers ; laboratory mixers ; accessories.

Multi-stage centrifugal blowers and exhausters are rotating machines used to increase the pressure of a gas, ambient air or gas mixture, by means of the centrifugal force transmitted by an electric motor.

The Continental Industrie TC type radial turbo compressors are modern flow machines for compression of large quantities of air or gas from 1,500 to 60,000 Nm³/h with pressure up to 1.5 bar g. More than 40 years of experience in research, design and manufacturing of centrifugal blowers have resulted in a series of energy efficient, robust and maintenance-friendly turbo blowers. With a wide control range between 45% and 100% at a constant rotational speed of the impeller, energy efficiency remains at a constant high level.

Particle sizes from 10 to 6000 micron; Capacities: from a few gram to tons per hour; Screen material: asolute screens, stainless steel AISI 316, nylon. The use of absolute screens enables screening accuracies of 2 micron for powders. Our air screens operate fully automatical, resulting in a high capacity per square meter of screen surface, high efficiency, optimum process control, high flexibility, low power consumption, maximum safety and ease of use. Because the system operates with underpressure, the environment is dust free. Moving parts are kept to a minimum to keep the maintenance cost low. Altogether a reliable system with low lifecycle costs.

Besides separating powders into a coarse and fine fraction, it is also possible with Airtechnics air screen to classify powders by successively removing the fine particles and the excess material. By placing multiple screen elements in series, it possible to create a powder classifying system based on air screening technology.

In addition to our wide range of multi-stage centrifugal blowers and exhausters manufactured by Continental Industrie, Airtechnic also offers blowers and vacuum pumps for smaller flow rates and high differential pressures, such as side channels blowers and roots blowers. For this purpose we cooperate with a small number of selected suppliers.
