Powder Screening

Particle sizes from 10 to 6000 micron; Capacities: from a few gram to tons per hour; Screen material: asolute screens, stainless steel AISI 316, nylon. The use of absolute screens enables screening accuracies of 2 micron for powders. Our air screens operate fully automatical, resulting in a high capacity per square meter of screen surface, high efficiency, optimum process control, high flexibility, low power consumption, maximum safety and ease of use. Because the system operates with underpressure, the environment is dust free. Moving parts are kept to a minimum to keep the maintenance cost low.
