The Albion team has considerable experience developing and preparing tenders. A number of our staff were formerly bid managers for major PF/PPP type projects and are extremely experienced in putting together bids. This is backed up by considerable experience in the operational and practical aspects of servicing such a contract. We are currently working with a number of clients providing pricing and operational details for major waste management tenders. This work is currently ongoing and is confidential. Temporary Site Management

As experienced Waste Professionals we understand the pressures that modern Waste Managers are now operating under. We operate a comprehensive temporary or support site management service. This service can be incorporated with our other key services, for example WAMITAB training, to provide cost effective solutions to your problems. We specialise in assisting smaller companies who cannot afford full time staff or large consultancy firms. The work is tailored to suit your requirements but frequently we find it is to improve site operations to satisfy regulatory requirements.
