ALFA VALVOLE - Wafer Type Ball Valve

The Alfa 10N PN 10-40 ANSI 150 is a wafer type ball valve known for its compact, simple, and robust design. It is engineered to support a wide range of applications across various industries, accommodating different media. Constructed from either bar stock or casting, the valve is available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inches, or DN 15 to DN 100. The pressure rating for the valve is PN 10-40/ANSI 150, and it operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C under standard execution. Its standard design features a contained ball within the body length, ensuring no ball protrusion when closed. The valve includes an antistatic device as per API6D and ATEX 2014/34/UE standards, with spring-loaded balls guaranteeing electrical continuity among all metallic components. The ISO 5211 top mounting provides a machined flange for easy actuator assembly. For enhanced safety, the valve also includes a fire-safe gasket configuration and an anti blow-out stem design, effectively preventing stem expulsion under overpressure conditions.

ALFA VALVOLE - Screwed Body Ball Valve

The ALFA 20T by Alfa Valvole is a robust, two-piece, screwed body type ball valve designed for industrial use, capable of withstanding pressures up to 800 lbs (138 bar). Offering compact and straightforward construction, it features either a full bore or a reduced bore, allowing for versatility in application across various industries and media. The valve is constructed from forged bar and its design adheres to ASME B16.34, EN 12516-1, and EN 17292 standards, ensuring durability and compliance. Available in different materials, it supports multiple end connections such as threaded (NPT ASME B1.20.1, GAS ISO 228/1), butt welded (BW Sch.80 ASME B16.25), and socket welded (SW ASME B16.11). The valve operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 200°C and maintains zero leakage according to EN 12266-1 Grade A. Its innovative features include a maximum tightness stem O-ring for minimal fugitive emissions, an antistatic device in accordance with API6D and ATEX 2014/34/UE, an anti blow-out stem design, and fire safe gasket configurations certified under EN10497, API6FA, and API607. It is also equipped with ISO 5211 top mounting for actuator assembly.

ALFA VALVOLE - Three-Piece Body Ball Valve

The Alfa Valvole 24K is a robust, three-piece body-type ball valve engineered for efficient in-line maintenance and extended durability. Its compact design caters to a wide range of industrial applications and media. The valve's construction allows for easy removal from the line without dismantling the ends, accommodating sizes from 1/4” to 4” (06 to 100 DN) and pressure ratings of PN 63 for DN 06 to 40 and PN 40 for DN 50 to 100. The temperature range for the WCB body is -29°C to +200°C, extending to -40°C for CF8M bodies. It includes a stem O-ring for maximum sealing to minimize fugitive emissions, an antistatic device following API6D and ATEX standards, and an anti blow-out stem design to prevent stem expulsion under overpressure. The valve is compatible with actuators as per ISO 5211 standards and incorporates a fire-safe gasket configuration tested according to EN10497, API6FA, and API607 standards.

The Alfa Valvole A64 ANSI 150 is a flanged type split body ball valve, renowned for its full bore design, suitable for a wide array of industrial applications. Constructed to facilitate a variety of environments, the valve supports a size range from 1/2” to 8” (15mm to 200mm) and a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C, under ANSI 150 pressure conditions. Its construction options include materials like duplex, superduplex, nickel-based alloys, and bronze-aluminum alloys, tailored to specific requirements. Featuring the ANSI/EN standards' flange facings, the valve ensures compliance with ASME standards for face-to-face and flange drilling designs. Noteworthy are its safety and operational features, including a double block and bleed system for precise fluid control and a fire-safe gasket configuration adhering to EN10497 and API standards. The Alfa Valvole A74 ANSI 150 is a lined split body ball valve designed to provide full bore flow capabilities. It is constructed to meet the ANSI 150 pressure class, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The valve supports a size range from 1/2 inch to 8 inches and operates effectively within a temperature range of -29°C to 200°C. The PFA-lined valve offers excellent antistatic properties, crucial for handling materials susceptible to static charge such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and flammable chemicals. The valve ensures zero leakage performance as per EN 12266-1 Grade A standards. Its ceramic ball variant excels in abrasive or high-temperature corrosive environments due to its durability and resistance to temperature fluctuations. It includes a standard gearbox and can be configured with single or double-acting actuators and solenoid valves.
