ALFA VALVOLE - Model 20T 800 lbs - Screwed Body Ball Valve

The ALFA 20T by Alfa Valvole is a robust, two-piece, screwed body type ball valve designed for industrial use, capable of withstanding pressures up to 800 lbs (138 bar). Offering compact and straightforward construction, it features either a full bore or a reduced bore, allowing for versatility in application across various industries and media. The valve is constructed from forged bar and its design adheres to ASME B16.34, EN 12516-1, and EN 17292 standards, ensuring durability and compliance. Available in different materials, it supports multiple end connections such as threaded (NPT ASME B1.20.1, GAS ISO 228/1), butt welded (BW Sch.80 ASME B16.25), and socket welded (SW ASME B16.11). The valve operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 200°C and maintains zero leakage according to EN 12266-1 Grade A. Its innovative features include a maximum tightness stem O-ring for minimal fugitive emissions, an antistatic device in accordance with API6D and ATEX 2014/34/UE, an anti blow-out stem design, and fire safe gasket configurations certified under EN10497, API6FA, and API607. It is also equipped with ISO 5211 top mounting for actuator assembly.
