AliBio has implemented a technology for wastewater treatment that combines the use of biological filters or trickling filters with an activated sludge system to achieve adequate treatment of wastewater. This system is easy to use and reduces operating costs because it is adaptable to changes in the discharge flow.

The modular wastewater treatment equipment is built of ZINCALUME BHP material (an alloy of Zinc / Aluminum) and reinforced with G300 steel, allowing for a wide durability and resistance to corrosion from acid rain and saline environments.

AliBio offers prefabricated systems for treating small flows of wastewater where there is no drainage system.  These are made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), which is durable and resistance to many environmental conditions.

This product increases the efficiency of aerobic wastewater treatment plants.  It is a mixture of microorganisms with high capacity to digest the organic matter present in wastewater, resulting in the production of biological sludge, nitrification and better settlement. It is a potent digester of organic and inorganic substances thereby blunting the parameters of BOD, COD and SS. It stimulates the growth of biomass by improving the settled sludge (IMTA study).Its application is ideal during periods of startup and stabilization of water treatment equipment.

This product improves the efficiency of treatment in septic tanks because it is a mixture of microorganisms with a high capacity to digest the organic matter present in wastewater in anaerobic systems, as well as materials that may cause obstructions in the septic system. These materials include detergents, greases, oils, nitrogenous waste, paper and starch.

This product is a mixture of organisms of different species specifically selected to breakdown different substrates (greases, oils, soaps and paper) present in sewage lines and sumps stations and that cause obstructions.
