ALKEN® TREATMENT 552 is a free flowing, powder-form, catalyzed oxygen scavenger that combines chemically with dissolved oxygen in feedwater or in the boiler to inhibit the formation of oxygen-induced corrosion, including pitting.

ALKEN® TREATMENT 53 is a free flowing, powder-form, catalyzed and decharacterized oxygen scavenging formula that combines chemically with dissolved oxygen in feedwater or in the boiler to inhibit the formation of oxygen-induced corrosion, including pitting. The effective combination of sodium sulfite and cobalt sulfate, proven effective in Alken® Treatment 52, is here supplemented with sodium lignosulfonate, which contributes less than one percent sodium hydroxide to the finished formula.

ALKEN® SOLUTIONS A3025L is a white water-oil emulsion, anionic polyacrylamide, of high molecular weight and medium density charge. Alken® Solutions A3025L draws pin floc into a more stable floc for easier filtration. Performs best in a pH range of 7.0 - 9.0, although performance is possible within the range of 6 – 13.

ALKEN® SOLUTIONS A3040L is a white water-oil emulsion, anionic polyacrylamide, (PAM) of ultra high molecular weight and medium density charge. Alken® Solutions A3040L draws pin floc into a more stable floc for easier filtration. Performs best in a pH range of 7.0 - 9.0, although performance is possible within the range of 6 - 13. This product is especially suitable for applications in paper mill, textile and refinery waste water treatment plants. ALKEN® SOLUTIONS A3040L has also proven effective as a flocculant for planktonic algae in certain lakes and ponds. Residual acrylamide monomer equals less than 0.05%. w/w and ALKEN® SOLUTIONS A3040L contains less than 0.2% residual sodium acrylate.

Alken Enz-Odor® 2 - is a unique broad-spectrum chemical/bacterial blend which combines the effectiveness of eight selected, acid-loving non-pathogenic strains of gram-positive, spore-forming Bacillus, in a high-bacterial-count formula, with performance enhancing nutrients to provide a safe, natural way to accelerate the biodegradation of fats, oils, grease and odors found in highly concentrated wastewater. The exceptional strains in this formula produce optimum levels of esterase, lipase, amylase, protease, gelatinase, cellulase, xylanase, lignosuflonase and urease enzymatic activity, while degrading a broad spectrum of organic and fatty acids, with optimum effectiveness.

ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 4000 is is a concentrated dry formulation of specially selected, non-pathogenic, Biosafety level Class 1 bacteria (4 Bacillus and 4 gram-negative vegetative strains) in combination with surfactants, designed to accelerate liquefaction and digestion of grease, fats, and oils. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 4000 is ideal for use in grease traps, drain lines, and basement sewage injection pits.

ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 1015 is a concentrated dry blend of specially adapted bacteria (9 Bacillus & 6 vegetative gram-negative strains) ,which degrade oils , greases and biosurfactants created by Nocardia and Cyanobacteria (aka `Blue-green algae`), thereby providing superior control of foaming in lakes and ponds. A touch of Yucca schidigera helps to break up filamentous mats. Improved with Bacillus megaterium , strain AMC 300, which digests cyanide, Trehalose-based biosurfactants AND food FOG.

ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 4003 is a concentrated dry formulation of bacteria selectively adapted to the accelerated breakdown and removal of oily material (fats, grease and oil), whether of animal or vegetable origin. Floating and/or solidified oils and greases are a major cause of operating difficulties in wastewater treatment systems. Recently reformulated to include the key endospore-forming Bacillus strains that have made ALKEN ENZ-ODOR 2 so amazingly effective in a wide cross-section of applications. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 4003 is formulated especially for use in treating wastewater emanating from food processing industries involved in meat and poultry packing, cheese and vegetable oil manufacturing, dairy processing, rendering, etc., as this waste enters municipal wastewater treatment plants. Contains no added surfactants, so it can be used in New Jersey, California and Texas for grease traps, lift stations and other applications.

ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 4000C is a concentrated dry formulation designed to accelerate liquefaction and digestion of food-based Fats, Oils and Greases found in grease traps, drain lines and basement sewage injection pits. Since the bacterial cultures used in this formula (3 Bacillus and 3 gram-negative vegetative strains) repeat the original formula for ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 4000C, from 1984, retaining complete compliance with the Canadian Domestic Substances List (DSL) for all included BioSafety Level 1 strains AND chemical ingredients, we continue to include raw lipase enzyme and a higher level of surfactant than we use in Alken-Murray`s standard FOG products, sold outside of Canada.
